Totally Free Yoga session on Sunday’s at 9am! Our teacher is Rachel, a YogaFit Certified instructor who’s looking to make a home at CrossFit 717. She loves doing CrossFit herself and knows how beneficial Yoga can be in our fitness toolbox.
Rachel’s Yoga classes will be a mixture of challenge and relaxation. Each class will focus on balance, strength, and flexibility. Learn to match your movements with your breathing as you strengthen your mind and body.
These classes are totally free and open to anyone, member or not. All you need is a Yoga mat and an hour on Sunday morning!
