Ready to start tracking your workouts?  Recording your max lifts?  Want to get the Workout of the Day pushed right to your phone so you don’t have to constantly check for updates waiting for it to be posted?  THEN START USING SugarWOD TODAY!! Below are some helpful tips to get you started with the basics for the app.  After reading through these tips, if you have any further questions email:  [email protected]

DOWNLOAD SugarWOD TO YOUR SMARTPHONE
1.  Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) and search for SugarWOD.  Look for the little barbell icon like above.  THIS IS A FREE APP!  Download it to your phone.

Set up SugarWOD App
1.  Locate the App on your phone and click on it
2. Click “Sign up with email”
3.  Fill out the information and click “Sign up”
4.  Click “Find my Box” (either turn GPS on or search 717)
5.  Click on “CrossFit 717”

Add Sweatshop/Endurance WOD/Running Club/Specialty Class (current Sat 9am Oly Class) workouts to your app
1.  Click on the wrench in the top right on the main page
2.  Click on “Your Settings” (first choice)
3.  Click on “Workout Tracks”
4.  Check (or uncheck) classes you would like to see workouts for
5.  Don’t want to see CrossFit.com workouts?  Click “CrossFit.com” (below “Workout Tracks”) and uncheck “CrossFit.com”

Want to keep your results private?
1.  Click on the wrench in the top right on the main page
2.  Click on “Your Settings” (first choice)
3.  Click on “Workout Visibility” and choose the option you want

Want the WOD pushed to your phone automatically?
1.  Click on the wrench in the top right on the main page
2.  Click on “Your Settings” (first choice)
3.  Click on “Notifications”
4.  Activate which workouts you want pushed to you (blue=on)

Want to record your results from a Class WOD?
1.  On the main screen click on “Today” or use the calendar (to the right of “Today”) to choose which day you would like to record your results for.
2.  Locate the workout you would like to record your results for and click “Log Your Result”
3.  Record your time/reps/etc. and indicate whether you performed it RX or Scaled.  Utilize the notes section to give details (how you broke set ups, what weight you used, etc.).
4.  Click the green “Save” button in the top right

Want to record a non-class WOD?
1.  At the bottom of the main page click on “Logbook”
2.  Scroll to the date that you performed the workout and click “+ Log a workout”
3.  Choose from the options of one you created, or benchmark WODs that are pre-programmed into the app.

Need to update your barbell lifts?
1.  At the bottom of the main page click on “Me”
2.  Click on “Barbell PRs” (you can do the same for benchmark WODs by clicking on “Workout PRs”)
3.  Choose the lift you want to view and click it (ones with current weights will be listed to the right of the movement)
4.  Click “Edit PRs” and add your weight lifted (options are 1RM, 2RM, 3RM, 5RM) then click “Done” in the top left

Need to find a percentage of a specific lift?
1.  At the bottom of the main page click on “Me”
2.  Click on “Barbell PRs”
3.  Choose the lift you want to view and click it (ones with current weights will be listed to the right of the movement)
4.  The chart below your listed PRs will indicate percentages of your 1RM (or click “2 REP”, “3 REP”, or “5 REP” for percentages of those)
