What: Snatches – One of the Weightlifting movements that make you either excited or dreadful.  Also, essential for CrossFit greatness and to build explosive strength, power, and speed.

When: Saturday, May 25 @ 11am.  Sign up on the Zenplanner calendar.  It’s free, and open to anyone, members or not. Snatches 101.

Who:  Anyone, but especially our newbies or those who cringe when they see a Snatch come up in either the Strength/Skill or WOD.  Also, those who wish to gain entry into 717 Weightlifting.

Why:  Practice does not make perfect.  Perfect practice makes perfect.  Don’t confuse it.
