Our Programs

CrossFit 717 provides more than workouts—a lot more. We’re proud to offer over 60 classes and 70 hours of open gym each week, plus 7 different programs and clubs from which to choose–all available 365 days a year.

We employ 10 expert Coaches and Staff—all outstanding in their fields—to make sure you’re making progress and avoiding injury. And, our members have access to in-house physical therapy sessions, nutrition guidance, seminars, competitions, and more.

No matter your goal, we have something designed to get you there.

CrossFit is more than just a workout, it’s a way of life—a stronger, faster, leaner, more flexible, and more coordinated way of life.

CrossFit combines cardio, strength training, mobility, gymnastics, Olympic lifts, plyometrics—a constantly varied mix of the most effective training techniques—into an ultra-effective 60-minute daily dose.

Classes are conducted in a highly motivational group setting, and administered by one of our expert staff to ensure safety and results.

Why spend another minute of your precious time doing something less effective, when you can get your new life started today.

We work hard at SweatShop, but it pays handsomely in results. Tasks include intervals of cardio, strength, and mobility training, but without the heavy weights and advanced movements associated with CrossFit.

SweatShop is perfect for those with the goal of getting lean, those who don’t feel comfortable
with advanced movement, and those looking for a stepping stone to CrossFit.

Physical Therapy

You only have one body, and at CrossFit 717, we want to ensure it’s in outstanding working order for as long as you need it.

Co-owner and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Paul Erwin is personally responsible for designing our screening process, our training plans, and each and every workout. Dr. Erwin draws upon his 5 years of experience as a Marine, his expertise in the field of Physical Therapy, and input from our coaches and members to create experiences which challenge our diverse stable of athletes. And, each workout incorporates elements of physical therapy and rehabilitation, designed to correct movement faults, prevent injury, and make our athletes more familiar with their bodies and its capabilities

Dr. Erwin also offers one-on-one physical therapy sessions on-premises and open to the public at CrossFit 717 to help those with injuries or movement deficiencies recover and stay active. Using manual therapy techniques, strength training, and conditioning, Dr. Erwin helps you to get you back in the game as swiftly as possible.
