Crossfit is hard. We all know that. 17.1 was a prime example! But every once in a while, we might see a WOD that doesn’t look too bad. HAHA. Those are usually the ones that kick our butts the worst. Well this recipe really is easy. And it’s delicious. It’s a “dump” recipe . The premise is just dump everything in a slow cooker and you’re done. An added bonus is that this meal can be frozen. It’s so easy it can easily be doubled, tripled, etc. This is meant to be made in a slow cooker, but the timing isn’t always right for that. So I’m thankful that there are also oven directions. It came out perfect both ways. This recipe and 4 more like it are from this post: http://www.thechaosandtheclutter.com/archives/5-chicken-dump-recipes. I can’t vouch for the other four because I haven’t tried them, but I frequently make this one. If you like the idea of “dump” meals, try http://www.laurengreutman.com/dump-recipes/. She lists 40 recipes for a variety meats. Most of them are either already paleo or easily made so with a few adjustments. Enjoy and post on the 717 site if you find out that you particularly like!
