Crossfit is hard.  We all know that.  17.1 was a prime example!  But every once in a while, we might see a WOD that doesn’t look too bad. HAHA.  Those are usually the ones that kick our butts the worst.  Well this recipe really is easy.  And it’s delicious.  It’s a “dump” recipe .  The premise is just dump everything in a slow cooker and you’re done. An added bonus is that this meal can be frozen.  It’s so easy it can easily be doubled, tripled, etc.  This is meant to be made in a slow cooker, but the timing isn’t always right for that.  So I’m thankful that there are also oven directions. Lemon Garlic Dump Chicken Recipe for Dinner Lemon and Garlic Chicken

chicken (I used 1 1/2 lbs)
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. of olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley (I usually use 1 T dried parsley)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (I use the juice of a whole fresh lemon)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cooking instructions:

Thaw. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes or in the crock pot on low for 4-6 hours.

6 servings: 203 calories – p – 26g, c – 1 g, f – 11g
