  1. What is your athletic background? I joined a soccer team in the summer of my 8th grade year, I broke a toe in the 4th game, and it ended my career.
  1. How did you get started with CrossFit? My friend Carin Trice suggested we give it a try after a friend of hers told her all about it. Wanting to get in shape I decided to give it a try.

  2. What are you goals with regards to CrossFit and what accomplishments/PRs are you most proud of? I have joined many gyms though out the years, usually losing interest and getting bored within a month or two. I would then have to continue to pay for something I wasn’t using, until my contract ran out. I find it a testament to CrossFit, that it is the first gym I joined where I was not required to sign a contract, and have yet to miss more than a week due to vacation or illness, I been going faithfully for the almost 2 years I have belonged.
  1. In your perfect world, what would you be doing in 10 years? Traveling with my husband and enjoying our completely renovated, fixer upper that we just moved into 9 months ago.

I miss my grandmother and grandfather a lot and wish I could see them both one more time… and my sister, because I know she misses them just as much as I do. I would order clams in a white wine sauce over linguini.

  1.  What is your favorite movie and why? Stripes; I love to laugh, and Bill Murray is the greatest.
  1.  What is your favorite thing about CrossFit 717? The people are by far my favorite part of CrossFit 717.   I enjoy seeing the familiar faces that I have gotten to know throughout the last year and a half! I also really like that the workouts are always different.
  1.  If you could have any car, what would you choose? 2016 Lexus RX
  1. Tell us something interesting about yourself that we would be surprised to know. I easily drink 10 or more glasses of water a day, I think I truly may have an addiction. When I was little, my grandmother used to call me “her little water drinker”.
